1. Can I return my item?

I do not accept returns or exchanges as each piece is made to order. If you are unsure about sizing please contact me before to placing your order. If your item is damaged please email me photos and I will be more than happy to send a replacement as soon as possible!

2. Where's my package?

Please understand that I'm a one-woman show and all pieces are handmade by me. I will put all of my efforts into making your order and getting out them out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 10-14 business days for embroidered items. Thank you so much for your patience and supporting my small business!

3. Where are my items shipping from?

All items are handmade and shipped out of my home in Amherst, Ohio.

4. What is sizing like?

Most often, unisex sizing! Expect unisex fitting and order accordingly. Some products may offer different sizing so be sure to read the descriptions under each product. As always, please contact me if you have any questions with sizing before placing your order!

5. What material do you use?

Most often comfort colors and independent trading co for our designs. For our business companies, we offer a huge variety of brands that we work with.
